This established luxury hotel, which is truly the focal point of the renowned family ski resort of Sainte Foy, was built in 2011 by the present owners in the style of an Aspen Ski Lodge with ski-in access for apres-ski and restaurant cuisine.

With a new chair lift, which is scheduled to open for the next skiing season, literally within a few metres of the property, the business would suit an entrepreneurial individual or it could be a new link in the area for an existing tourism business.

Geneva, Lyon, Chambery and Grenoble airports are all within easy reach and the TGV train from London and Paris terminates at the station in the neighbouring town of Bourg Sainte Maurice.

The main hotel building is accessed via a newly constructed grand lobby entrance area, which is the ideal area to greet guests in style. A 1st floor terrace area leads to the popular apres-ski bar which offers live music inside or outside on a south-facing terrace with immediate access to the ski slopes. The popular bar, which is the ‘hub’ of the resort, offers 60 covers for bar menu dining. During the summer, outdoor dining offers further seating areas on the upper and lower south facing terraces for an additional 50 covers.

An impressive stone stairway leads to the 2nd floor where there is a magnificent living room area with a stunning open log-burning fireplace. The 80 cover restaurant, which has an excellent reputation offering a truly wonderful dining experience, leads off from the living room and serves classic cuisine with locally sourced ingredients favoured by French and International clientele. There is a private dining terrace and a large commercial kitchen.

3rd floor: residents’ library and 4 bedrooms finished to a very high standard.

4th floor: Presidential suite and family room comprising of 2 bedrooms.

Situated on both the 4th and 5th floor, there is an amazing penthouse apartment of 150m2 which has 3 large bedrooms, open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, log-burning fire, Jacuzzi and a wrap around terrace offering amazing views of the mountains.

Adjacent to the bar area and terrace is the 70m2 owner/manager’s apartment which is beautifully designed offering a bedroom, an open plan living area with log burning fire and a well equipped modern kitchen.

A further newly built chalet style apartment of 65m2 is accessed via the internal stairway or lift offering 2 bedrooms, open plan living space and well equipped kitchen with an outside terrace affording a fantastic view across the valley to the impressive Aiguille Rouge mountain.

A newly constructed 160m2 Spa and pool area is accessed below, with 30m2 swimming pool, sauna, shower room, changing area, gym area and 2 outside hot tubs.

Ground floor: access to the 150m2 grand entrance lobby and reception with it’s amazing double height ceilings offering the WOW factor when guests arrive at the hotel. Here there are desk areas, a log burning fireplace, soft furnishings, coffee living room and a retail space opportunity.

There is also a secure and private underground car park of 600m2 with space for 28 cars on 2 levels.

Access to the main hotel, lobby area and all facilities is by way of an internal stairway or lift offering full services to restricted mobility guests.
