Unique and superb French castle of the XIIe and XVe centuries, classified an historic monument. Surrounded by 198 hectares of grounds, it has been renovated carefully during the last 10 years and is sold furnished and equipped. It sits on the border between the provinces of Perigord and the Limousin, with the surrounding made up of woodland, meadows and ponds.

The castle is equipped with a home seigneurial in an L on three levels, directed West and South. Four enormous round towers form an interior court. An exceptional square dunjon reaching approximately 50 metres covers the unit. The whole is in a remarkable state and undoubtedly constitutes one of the most beautiful florets of the inheritance French médieval. South-western tower: cold room, laundry, access to the dungeon (known as the Grand Jacques) which is equipped with a lift servicing five rooms. Western wing: reception with Italian marble flooring, dressing room, living room with Italian marble floor and stone fireplace and stained glass windows. North-western tower: movie theatre.

First floor:

Southern wing: parqueted library with stone fireplace and stained glass windows, dining room with wood floor and stone fireplace. South-eastern tower: billiard room with stone fireplace and stained glass windows. South-western tower: kitchen storage and access to the Grand Jacques. Western wing: large 100m2 living room with wood floor, walls with gold leaf, stone fireplace, large Nepalese carpet. Chapel. North-western tower: office with fireplace, decoration to be finished.

Second floor:

Southern wing: master apartment with parquet and stone fireplace, large bathroom, two rooms. South-eastern tower: bathroom with Jacuzzi and sauna, dining room with corner kitchen, terrace with spectacular view. South-western tower: room with wood floor and bathroom. Western wing: four rooms and two bathrooms. Small room. North-western tower: room with wood floor and fireplace.

North-eastern Tower:

This tower is independent and is reached from the interior court. The ground floor has a conference room equipped with 3 computers, an interactive screen and projector. Stone floor. Oak spiral staircase leading to the first second and third floors which have large rooms with wood floor, fireplace and tiled shower.

There are many outbuildings, some of the 15th century. They include 6 houses, 5 barns, a tavern, shop and an office.
